Adding auxiliary air brakes to Jeep.

I have a 2018 JLUS with a 6-speed. I'm aware of the rubber plug where the clutch mechanism protrudes the firewall when you have an automatic. Is there another plug somewhere in the firewall so that I can run a 1/4 inch airline thru? Don't really want to drill a hole. Thanks.

    2018 JLUS with Rubicon Shocks/Springs ?

Already have Rubicon wheels/tires. Ready to install Rubicon takeoff shocks/springs, what is the expected lift if any? Also, will it level out the front or would I need spacers under the front springs? If spacers are needed what thickness? Thanks in advance
