MOPAR Jeep Safari & Quicksand Concepts at 2017 Moab EJS

Got a chance to get a close up look at two of the awesome concept Jeeps that Mopar brought out with them to the 2017 Moab Easter Jeep Safari and as you can see in the photos below, both the Jeep Safari and Quicksand have elements to them that are more than likely to show up on the all new Jeep JL Wrangler. Check it out.

    The Jeep Safari

Close up shot of the grill which looks a lot like what we've been seeing on the all new Jeep JL Wrangler.

If you look carefully, the grill is not only buckled a little more than half way up, it's also curved side to side as opposed to being flat.

    Close up of the headlights.

    Nice hood graphics.

    Plenty of armor underneath.

    Pretty cool air up system.

    Clear soft suicide doors.

    A look inside.

Little easter egg on the rear bumper.

    ARB compressor underneath.

    The Jeep Quicksand

    Some interior shots.

Pretty cool. I like the little things, like the round rear taillights, on the Quicksand. I don't particularly care for the entire thing, or even the location of them, but I wouldn't mind seeing round taillights on the JL.

I really hope that the JL comes with the side vents to help with cooling! Also the grill actually doesn't look half bad!

I am totally digging the grill! It looks beefy and slightly more aggressive. Fun!

I have to admit, even though I was hoping for a more drastic change from the JK to the JL, I really do like the looks of the grill. It looks an awful lot like a wider TJ to me, and even reminds me of my old CJ7 a bit. That Quicksand is definitely one of my favorite concepts from Mopar. How fun would that be!

The more and more I see elements of what the JL will look like, the more I'm eager to see it in its entirety.
